Shipping policy

We will contact you with a possible delivery date beforehand and at least 24 hours before. If unsuitable, we will provide you with an alternative date. Please note that the cost of delivery covers the first attempt only. Any second or subsequent delivery attempts will incur additional charges.

Deliveries are scheduled between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Delivery is made to the site only and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate equipment or manpower on site to receive the delivery at the intended location. In some cases, customers may need to assist the driver with offloading, especially if items are oversized or do not fit on a standard single pallet.

Please note, we do not accept liability for any damage that may occur during offloading or while transporting the rooflight to the final location on site. Our products vary significantly in size and weight, ranging from 20 kg to 300 kg.

Our delivery terms are as follows:

Frameless Skylights:

• ECONOMY NATIONWIDE SHIPPING: 2 - 5 Working Days for most off the shelf sizes and 6 - 10 Working Days for the rest. The lead time for All Custom Frameless Skylights is 10-20 working days. 
• NEXT DAY SHIPPING: Within London M25 Area (for certain sizes, please check at the checkout)
  

Framed Skylights (All types):

• ECONOMY NATIONWIDE SHIPPING: 10 - 15 Working Days

Walk-on Frameless & Framed Skylights:

• ECONOMY NATIONWIDE SHIPPING: 15 - 25 Working Days for Frameless and 15-20 working days for Framed 

Roof Lanterns:

• ECONOMY NATIONWIDE SHIPPING: 2 – 3 weeks 

Electric and Manual Opening Blinds:

• ECONOMY NATIONWIDE SHIPPING: 15 - 25 Working Days (Rates calculated at the checkout based on delivery address

Accessories and Installation Kits:

• ECONOMY NATIONWIDE SHIPPING: 2-5 Working Days

Glass Juliet Balconies:

• ECONOMY NATIONWIDE SHIPPING: 7 - 10 Working Days (Rates calculated at the checkout based on delivery address)
• ECONOMY NATIONWIDE SHIPPING: Within London M25 Area

The Delivery Costs are calculated at the Checkout based on the shipping address and preferred shipping option. 

Please be aware that the cut-off time for next-day delivery is 12:00 PM.

For our standard 2-5 working days delivery, please note that if an order is placed after 12:00 PM, the lead time will start from the following business day.
